The big roll trolley or A-FRAME is the MUST HAVE of all textile companies on the market.

Fully customizable in size, capacity and color, the A-FRAME trolley is the ideal solution for winding or unwinding big rolls of fabric.

With capacities up to 3t, these structures are made of powder-coated carbon steel, giving them almost eternal resistance. The structure typically rests on two feet and two wheels, allowing for easy movement within the production area.

For the movement of the trolleys, a PIN connection is provided to which it is possible to attach a driver called A-DRIVER.

The trolley can be fitted with two simple supports for rollers up to ø508mm or two safety chucks if you wish to use an expandable shaft for winding and unwinding operations.

It can be motorized thanks to the single or double 1"3/8 or 3/4" PTO z6 cardan shaft joint system.

Instead, a manually operated brake is available to be mounted in line with the roller or the expanding shaft, to be able to brake or friction the rotation of the reel during the various operations.
